By accessing and using SmartBabySafetyHub products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the SmartBabySafetyHub mobile application per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in SmartBabySafetyHub products
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Medical Disclaimer

SmartBabySafetyHub products are designed to assist parents in monitoring their babies but are not medical devices and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding your baby's health and safety.

4. Warranty and Liability

We provide our products "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall SmartBabySafetyHub be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
